Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United Arab Emirates only.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
We offer Next Day Delivery within the UAE, depending on your location (Main Cities or Remote Areas).

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address and the weight of your order:

• Main Cities: AED 16.0 for up to 5 kg. Each additional 1 kg is AED 2.
• Remote Areas: AED 20.0 for up to 5 kg. Each additional 1 kg is AED 2.

Please note the following service details and additional charges applied by the courier:

• COD service is free of charge.
• CCOD Service Fees: 2% of the collected amount.
• Additional 10% Government Levy or a minimum of AED 2.0 applies over the above rates.
• Additional 5% VAT is applicable over the above service charges.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (where available) via email or SMS.

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you experience any issue with delivery, please contact us at hello@jurastore.ae with your order number.

Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
